Vazleron S.R.L. ("Vazleron", "we") values the privacy of visitors to vazleron.com and newsletter subscribers. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are under the regulations in force in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia, Vazleron platform news, administrative communications and to comply with legal obligations. Technical data is used to measure audiences and improve the site.

Processing is based on the free and informed consent you provide when submitting the form and accepting the use of cookies, as well as on Vazleron's legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed and up to five (5) years after unsubscribing, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
