These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the vazleron.com website, owned by Vazleron S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated in Bolivia. By using this site you accept these Terms.
1. Purpose
Vazleron provides information about real estate crowdlending in Bolivia and allows you to subscribe to a newsletter to receive news about residential projects and urban developments. The site does not, by itself, constitute an investment contracting platform.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in good faith, in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer the site, scrape data automatically or use it for fraudulent, unlawful or public-policy-violating purposes.
3. Non-binding information
The information published is of a general and informative nature. It does not constitute a public offer, personalized financial advice or an investment recommendation. Any investment decision is the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Risks
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the capital invested. Historical returns do not guarantee future results.

The contents, brands, logos and designs on the site are the property of Vazleron S.R.L. or of third parties that have authorized their use, and are protected by Bolivian Copyright Law N° 1322. Their reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability
Vazleron shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss arising from the use of the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence duly proven.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of La Paz, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
